We are pleased to announce our continued acceptance through 2009 into the Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc.'s, Quality Assurance Program.  Once again our rating is close to perfection according to PMVB standards. Instituted in the fall of 1996 with accommodation members participating on a voluntary basis, the program has since expanded to include attractions, restaurants and campgrounds.  To date, there are over 100 properties that have been designated as Quality Assured.

The Quality Assurance Program was created to enable Pocono Mountains tourist facilities to provide a superior product to their existing customers, to aid them in attracting new business and help ensure that visitors to the Pocono Mountains have a satisfying experience.  The criterion stresses the areas of cleanliness, friendliness and safety.

Inspections are conducted by the Property Review Program of Mount Dora, FL, an independent agency which currently performs similar services for a number of other destinations.
